Yoga

Enjoy the option of two vinyasa classes each morning: one of our signature power classes and one of our all levels flows right after. Every practice is optional - so you can truly make it your own, whether you want a sweaty challenge or mindful movement.
In the evenings we always offer a slower practice, either a slow flow vinyasa, or a floor based practice like restorative or yin, coupled with sound healing. All classes incorporate incense, curated playlists, essential oils, extra loving adjustments & assists, and lavender eye pillows in savasana for that dreamy out of body post yoga feeling.

Nature

Nature is not just the backdrop of our retreat—it’s an essential part of the experience. Fall is the perfect time to visit the mountains of Vermont, and we’ll spend as much time outdoors as we do in the studio. This immersion in the natural world grounds us, softens us, and reminds us of the rhythms we so easily forget. Just as yoga calls us to union, nature calls us home—to presence, to peace, and to the profound stillness that exists within and all around us.

Community

The profound nature of the experiences shared on our retreats organically foster meaningful, lasting connections. The depth of conversation that naturally unfolds amongst high vibrational, like minded hearts is at the core of our retreats. You’ll meet people ready to go deeper, people ready for more. The word yoga means union, of course the union of the mind and body, but even deeper than that - it is the union of the individual with the universe, which begins with our connection to one another.
