Her signature style is a creative and challenging vinyasa flow that invites students into an invigorating physical, mental, and spiritual experience.

Megan Mulrine

Retreat Leader | E-RYT 500+ & YACEP

Megan Mulrine is a yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and retreat leader whose work is rooted in devotion, philosophy, and storytelling. She spent a decade living in Asia — first in Iwakuni, Japan, and later in Bali, Indonesia — where she immersed herself in the study of yoga philosophy, Buddhism, Hinduism, and meditation.

During that time, she trained more than one thousand students to become yoga teachers, leading programs for various schools in Bali and the United States, as well as through her own yoga school, Yogatrotter Academy. Her area of specialty lies in the mythology of the Hindu gods and goddesses and the ways their stories illuminate yoga asana, mantra, and spiritual practice.

Now based in Connecticut, Megan is the owner of Niantic Yoga Studio, where she continues to share her teachings with her local community. Her approach bridges ancient wisdom with modern life, inviting students into a yoga practice that is both devotional and deeply human.
