Join us on the beach for the perfect summer night—a power yoga flow with Julia set to beats from a live DJ as the sun begins to set. We’ll flow as the sky turns golden, then melt into an extended savasana complete with cool lavender towels, essential oil assists, and soothing sound healing.
After class, enjoy on your choice of a golden hour smoothie or chicory cold brew from Swell, light beachside snacks, and a dip in the Sound.
Bring your yoga mat and a bathing suit and towel if you'd like to jump in after class :)

Julia Morrison
Julia, founder of Wave Yoga Retreats, is an RYT 500hr yoga & meditation teacher who specializes in curating yoga retreats around the world. Julia teaches many styles of yoga, from hot power vinyasa to meditation and yin yoga, and leads multiple immersive yoga retreats each year around the world. Julia’s teaching style involves challenging flows and creative sequencing with a focus on the union of the mind and body through the breath. Julia has studied yoga in Bali, India, and throughout the US, and her classes blend her love for embodied movement and yoga philosophy.

Megan Mulrine
Megan, founder of Yogatrotter Academy and owner of the Niantic Yoga Studio, is thrilled to partner with Julia and Wave Yoga Retreats to offer yoga retreats all over the world. Megan has been leading yoga teacher trainings in Bali, Indonesia since 2016, specializing in teaching the philosophy of yoga. At our golden hour flow, Megan will be assisting with hands on adjustments and leading sound healing in savasana.
