The Retreat

Tropical house surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery, with a clear blue sky.

Vanua Levu, Fiji’s second-largest island, is a hidden gem known for its untouched beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Fiji is its own country, technically a part of the continent of Australia, or sometimes refered to as Oceania. The lush island of Vanua Levu offers a unique blend of tropical rainforest, crystal-clear lagoons, and pristine beaches, making it an idyllic destination for nature lovers and those seeking serenity. Unlike the more tourist-heavy islands, Vanua Levu remains relatively undeveloped, preserving its authentic Fijian culture and natural landscapes. The island is home to vibrant coral reefs, cascading waterfalls, and rich biodiversity, offering abundant opportunities for exploration and adventure. With its slow pace of life and warm, welcoming communities, Vanua Levu provides a peaceful and immersive escape into the heart of Fiji’s natural wonders.

After flying into Nadi International Airport on the main island of Fiji, you’ll take a 1-hour domestic flight to the island of Vanua Levu via Fiji Airways. There are two airports: Taveuni Airport (closest to our venue) or Savasavu Airport. Included in the retreat is your car and boat transfers from either airport. From Taveuni the resort is a 20 min car ride followed by 30 min boat ride away. From Savasavu the resort is a 1 hour car ride followed by 15 min boat ride away.

Yoga

Every morning we’ll practice vinyasa yoga designed to connect you to your body and inspire you. Every practice is optional, with modifications and applications offered in every class so you can truly make it your own, whether you want a sweaty challenge or mindful movement. In the evenings we always offer a slower practice, either a slow flow vinyasa, or a floor based practice like restorative or yin, coupled with sound healing. All classes incorporate incense, curated playlists, essential oils, extra loving adjustments & assists, and lavender eye pillows in savasana for that dreamy out of body post yoga feeling.

Adventure

Adventure in Fiji is a journey both outward and inward. As we explore lush rainforests, swim beneath waterfalls, paddle board across crystal-clear waters, and dive into the vibrant underwater world, we’re invited to experience life with fresh eyes. These moments of awe and exhilaration aren’t just thrilling—they’re deeply connecting. They remind us of our own strength, curiosity, and capacity for wonder. Whether you’re snorkeling through coral gardens or hiking under a canopy of green, each adventure becomes a pathway—back to nature, back to presence, and back to yourself.

Community

Connection is at the heart of everything we do—connection to self, to each other, and to the world around us. In Fiji, surrounded by the warmth of the sun, the sea, and the local spirit, we soften into presence and begin to remember what it feels like to truly belong. Through shared experiences, intentional movement, nourishing meals, and time in nature, we create space to drop the masks and meet each other soul-to-soul. This retreat isn’t just about escaping—it’s about coming home to connection in its most genuine, life-giving form.
