The Experience

This mini retreat is a 4 hour heart-centered experience designed to help you reconnect with your deepest self. Join us to experience the magic of our retreats right at home - through intentional movement, ceremony, guided meditation, and community. We’ll create space to soften, release, and remember the love that’s always within. We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow focused on the hips and heart—areas where we often hold emotional tension. This embodied practice invites you to open physically and energetically, clearing the path to deeper self-awareness. Enjoy an extended savasana surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal sound bowls. After movement, we’ll share ceremonial cacao, known for its heart-opening properties, and settle into a guided meditation. This journey will help you meet yourself with compassion—your proud self, your tender self, and everything in between. You’ll be invited to view yourself and others through the lens of love, honesty, and gentle curiosity. We’ll close with space for optional sharing and reflection in community. Come as you are. All of you is welcome.

This experience is perfect for anyone seeking:
